Grow Your Emotional Intelligence - to lead yourself and others better
Acquire fundamental emotional intelligence techniques to become more resilient, deal with stress, manage people better and build more effective work and personal relationships.
Learn how to apply proven practical ideas and tools to improve personal and organisational performance.
Our run-away emotions can and do influence the way we react in the workplace on a daily basis. High emotional intelligence means having the ability to recognise your behaviours, moods and impulses and manage them more effectively to get better responses and results from yourself and others.
This course will make you more self-aware of your emotions, thoughts and feelings and as a result, it will improve your ability to interact calmly with more optimism in the workplace and at home. Allowing you to communicate more effectively to succeed at personal and career goals.
As a manager or as an employee aspiring to be a leader, whether you have the title or not, high EQ is the foundation of any good leadership. Go from good to great with EQ Essentials for ACTIVE© Leaders.
You will learn how to develop the 5 dimensions of Emotional Intelligence; Self-awareness, Self-regulation, Self-motivation, Empathy and Social Skills.
Discover Your Strengths and Increase Personal Effectiveness
The most successful people know and play to their talents, their natural abilities. You will discover your top strengths and become more confident and successful in life and work.
Become a better leader or employee by understanding and investing in your strengths and develop into the best version of yourself.
In order to leverage your strengths and grow them, you first need to know them. Yet often, we are blind to what our top strengths are.
In this course you will learn about your top 5 strengths and how to lean into them to play to your strengths to increase the emotional intelligence of your interactions and quality of relationships with others.
Knowing what you have the best potential to excel at enables you to aim higher and achieve much more. Focusing on your strengths is about seeking out opportunities instead of problems, tapping into what is right rather than wrong.
Focusing on weaknesses lowers your self-confidence, optimism, and overall performance. Instead, learn to focus your energy on the things you are good at and team up with people who have strengths that complement yours. This is at the very heart of what emotional intelligence development is about.
Strengths and EQ development go hand in hand. When individuals develop into their best self, leaders and teams achieve great things.
