At Peas in a Pod Leadership Academy, we bring together a diverse team of exceptional professionals dedicated to transforming leadership and organizational development in Africa and the United Kingdom. Our team combines decades of experience across multiple disciplines: Kathy English Brower, an ICF Professional Certified Coach and NLP Master Practitioner, leads with expertise in conscious leadership development; Sandra Todd brings her extensive global experience as a Leadership Neuro-Coach and Strategic HR Professional, shaped by her tenure at Bloomberg LP; Glenda de Stadler offers crucial operational excellence and compliance expertise from her background in financial services; Belinda Sampson ensures seamless learning experiences as our Programme Coordinator; and Nick enhances our digital presence through strategic e-commerce and marketing initiatives.
Beyond this, we have a team of 15 affiliate facilitators, coaches, assessors, and moderators spread across Southern Africa, including Cape Town, Gauteng, Durban/Pietermaritzburg, Eswatini, and Namibia. This allows us to effectively resource larger national projects in South Africa.
In our broader network, we have an affiliated group of 80 coaches and facilitators that enables us to support global, UK, and EMEA coaching projects.
Together, we create a dynamic synergy of skills and perspectives, united in our mission to empower leaders and organizations through innovative, strengths-based approaches to development and growth. Our diverse team and extensive network give us the capability and flexibility to meet the leadership development needs of clients across Africa, the UK, and EMEA regions.

Kathy English Brower - Co-Founder & Director
Kathy English Brower is an ICF PCC Accredited Executive Coach, NLP Master Practitioner, Global Gallup Strengths Coach and Enneagram Practitioner with over 35 years of business experience and 22 years
of consulting expertise. As a Programme Designer, Facilitator and Coach, she brings deep insight into people profiles, organizational structure, and human dynamics.
As Co-founder and Director of Peas in a Pod Leadership Academy, Kathy specializes in NLP and Integral Executive Coaching, Leadership and Team Strategy, and Neuro and Strengths based training and coaching
design.
Her extensive experience includes being a partner in one of the world's leading Film Service Companies, where she focused on Marketing and Human Development. She has successfully managed publishing and
distribution companies and established the International Coach Network in South Africa and marketed South African Film globally.
Kathy provides specialized skills in leadership development, team coaching, and profiling through Enneagram, Strengths, and XT Profile assessments. When leaders know and develop their strengths, she believes the resulting personal and professional growth creates new opportunities for people, leaders, and organizations to thrive.
Sandra Todd - Co-Founder & Director
Sandra Todd is a Leadership Neuro-Coach, Strategic HR Professional, and Global Gallup Strengths Coach and Enneagram Practitioner who brings extensive global experience to her role as co-founder and Director of Peas in a Pod ACTIVE© Leadership Academy. Based in Cape Town, she specializes in transforming leaders and teams through neuroscience-based coaching and development programs with a Neuro and Strength based approach.
With a distinguished career spanning Stockholm, London, and Cape Town, Sandra has established herself as a strategic leader in both startup environments and major corporations. At Bloomberg LP, she served as Regional Head of Data, where she successfully managed a team of 50 employees and led remote operations across 10 global locations. As chairman of the South African office committee and member of the EMEA Diversity Council, she demonstrated her commitment to fostering inclusive leadership practices.
Sandra holds a B.A. Honours in International Relations and a BSocSci in Politics and Economics from UCT, complemented by certifications as a NeuroCoach, SABPP HR Professional, and PIAP Certified Trainer. Her expertise includes designing bespoke leadership programs, facilitating team development, and implementing strategic HR solutions.
As a practitioner of the ACTIVE© Leadership approach, Sandra’s work focuses on developing best practices in self- and people-leadership, guided by the principle that when leaders and individuals work towards their highest potential, they become positioned to shape high-performing teams and organizations.
Glenda de Stadler - Operations Manager
As Operations Manager at Peas in a Pod Leadership Academy, Glenda de Stadler brings a wealth of experience to our training and coaching operations, with a background in financial services, ops and management. As a skilled facilitator, assessor, and coordinator, she brings exceptional talent to the epi-centre of the business in a multitude of ways including systems, processes, quality, and relationships.
Glenda has a strong background in legislation and compliance and her expertise spans organizational management, compliance, quality assurance, and QCTO and SETA accreditation processes. She excels in creating structured frameworks that ensure the smooth roll out of all of the Peas in a Pod initiatives, while also leaning into developing and synergising the Peas team of contractors and collaborators.
Glenda's approach to operations management is characterized by effective communication, strategic problem-solving, and meticulous planning and logistics. She believes in the power of partnership and collaboration to achieve outstanding results.
As a lifelong learner herself, Glenda finds profound satisfaction in enabling others to grow and develop. Her commitment to facilitation and assessment is complemented by her ability to manage complex operational requirements while maintaining a focus on positive change and personal development.

Belinda Sampson - Training Support Administrator
Belinda Sampson is a dedicated Learner Support and Programme Coordinator specializing in empowering individuals through tailored learning experiences. As an EDTP (Education Training and Development Practises) Professional, Coach, and Comensa Student Member, she brings knowledge in training and development, and course compilation to her role at PEAS in a Pod Leadership Academy.
In her current position, Belinda coordinates the administrative requirements of training and coaching programmes while providing comprehensive support to delegates throughout their professional development journey with Peas in a Pod. She maintains the PEAS Learner Management System (LMS), ensuring that participants have access to the tools and guidance necessary for their success.
Currently pursuing her SA Business Coach certification, Belinda holds an ETDP Higher Certificate (2023) and a qualification in Business Administration (2020). Her diverse skill set encompasses project management, coaching, learner support and communication. She excels at creating efficient, reliable, and friendly support systems for learners.
Working within the evolving landscape of QCTO, AI, and digital platforms, Belinda continues to expand her expertise and adapt to emerging technologies in the learning and development space. She is passionate about supporting individuals and clients in their professional development journeys. She is always willing to help with training and learning processes.
Nicholas James - Digital Marketing
Nick is an accomplished E-commerce and Marketing Consultant for Peas in a Pod, bringing extensive experience in digital transformation and strategic business development. As the Managing Director of Fabulous Flowers and founder of multiple successful ventures including Flower Guy, he combines entrepreneurial insight with practical expertise in digital marketing and operational excellence.
With over twelve years of experience in e-commerce strategy and digital marketing, Nick specializes in optimizing online presence and driving business growth. His expertise spans search engine optimization (SEO), digital marketing, and the development of comprehensive e-commerce solutions. As an E-commerce Specialist at The Good Stuff, he demonstrated his ability to enhance digital visibility and engagement for South Africa's leading online health shop.
At Peas in a Pod, Nick applies his diverse skill set to develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives that align with conscious business practices. His approach combines technical expertise with a deep understanding of brand development and customer engagement. He excels in creating integrated marketing strategies that enhance both digital presence and operational efficiency.

His experience in managing successful enterprises, including his role in expanding Fabulous Flowers into a recognized brand for high-end floristry, brings valuable insights to his consulting work.
