Overview:
In this intensive one and a half-day training course, participants will dive into the essential aspects of project management. Through practical exercises and expert guidance, you will select a project and acquire the necessary tools to develop, scope, and effectively manage it.
Key highlights include creating a Project Charter and Project Plan, understanding project implementation strategies, and mastering stakeholder management throughout the project lifecycle. Participants will also learn to track progress using Gannt charts and apply project management methodologies to evaluate and report on performance metrics such as time, budget, and quality against predefined deliverables.
