In this course, you will learn how to apply ethics to improve organisational culture as an ACTIVE© Leader. You will analyse how culture and ethics impact the triple bottom line of organisations and how to create an environment where people thrive and deliver better results. You will apply your learning of ethics by analysing a unit and identifying ways to strengthen the code of conduct, values, and ethical practices in an organisation or unit.
